Food Hub deliveries will run on their regular schedule both the week before and the week after Independence Day. A few producers have adjusted order deadlines around the holiday.

Please review the changes below and plan ahead where needed.

The Bread Shed has adjusted its schedule so their team can take a well-earned holiday break.

For deliveries on Thursday, July 2 and Friday, July 3, only foodservice bread and cookies will be available. Retail bread will not be available for those delivery dates. Foodservice bread and cookies will be baked fresh Monday night and frozen until they are shipped.
Order deadlines:
- Orders for Thursday, July 2 and Friday, July 3 deliveries are due Friday, June 26.
- Orders for Wednesday, July 8 delivery are due Thursday, July 2 at noon.

Orchard Hill Breadworks:
- Orders for Wednesday, July 8 and Thursday, July 9 deliveries are due Thursday, July 2 at noon.
Mi Tierra Tortillas:
- Orders for Wednesday, July 8 and Thursday, July 9 deliveries are due Thursday, July 2 at noon.
Champlain Orchards Fruit + Cider:
- Orders for Wednesday, July 8 and Thursday, July 9 deliveries are due Thursday, July 2 at noon.
Saxy Chef Pies:
- Orders for Wednesday, July 8 through Friday, July 10 deliveries are due Thursday, July 2 at noon.
