We use an integrated pest management approach, and grow a variety of heirloom and non-heirloom varieties. Our produce includes tomatoes, corn (best in the Valley, according to some), peas (sugar snap and shelling), beans (green and drying), squash (summer and winter), guords, pumpkins, greens (lettuce, spinach, chard, etc.), peppers, eggplants, and other. We carry apples from Alyson's orchard and berries from a variety of sources. Bread from the Bread Shed, eggs from our chickens, and sometimes local cheese as well.
