Operational Improvements


The 1,000 square foot cooler and freezer will triple our storage space on site, allowing us to increase the amount of products we can receive from local producers and distribute to local schools and businesses.

The centralized Brattleboro location opens up our capacity for more frequent local deliveries and even on-site pickups by customers and deliveries by producers.

Increased capacity for storage and distribution would allow for more rapid participation in the Vermont Food Hub Network, as well as the New England Food Hub Network, and other new opportunities.
