Bousquet Smoke House
Brian Bousquet is the primary cheese maker for a local dairy farm. He has been in the dairy industry most of his life, starting with milking the family cows. He has always had a great interest in enhancing his BBQs with his backyard smoker. In his experimenting he has perfected the most flavorful smoked cheddar cheese. He has expanded, and is now venturing out, by having his cheese available to the public.
Diane Bousquet serves as an assistant to the smoking process, keeping the books, and producing marketing material for the business.
They start with Vermont made cheddar cheese and smoke it with locally grown apple wood chips until it has a smooth, sweet, smoky flavor. It is wonderful addition to your cheese board, hamburgers, mac n' cheese, or where ever your creativity takes you.
